At Red Cedar Solutions Group, I was tasked with publicizing Stepwell, a new education software. On the product website, I began a blog that described its purpose, who was developing it, how it incorporated the latest UX principles and technology, and more.
These posts were published on our social media pages and remained as features on the website to inform potential visiting clients. Due to the complexity of the Stepwell’s software, it was essential to flesh out and humanize the product in a format outside of advertisements and presentations.
I interviewed developers, designers, and team leaders to gain more insight into each new topic, and planned in advance to ensure subjects did not overlap. In addition, I designed many of the blog post images, which followed a previously established style guide and fit social media dimensions.
